I have a passion for people. As a kid I was never shy. I believe in waving at your neighbor, holding doors, helping others and never taking the last bite. I have spent over 20 years mastering people and learning to be a team player. Thats where customer service starts. Learning about others. Making it your passion to fix a situation and keep your extended family happy. Your clients provide you a living so you share a special bond. That remains my focus. I enjoy problem solving and new challenges. I hope to one day be involved in the next steps of reviving the innovation of customer service. At 36 years old the most important part of my day is to still give 110% every single day. Whether that is cooking, cleaning, playing with the kids or simply going to church. I stay to the max.
