ABOUT ROB MOORS

Leadership rarely struggles because of a lack of skill, intelligence, or intent. It becomes heavy when accountability expands faster than clarity. When expectations are assumed rather than discussed, and leaders start carrying far more than anyone ever explicitly gave them, often without feeling they yet have the permission, language, or confidence to challenge that.I work with senior leaders and people managers at every level to change how leadership is experienced, because that is what ultimately shapes culture, trust, and performance over time.My work is built around a coaching-led leadership programme called The Coach Approach™. Rather than starting with tools or training, I begin with mindset: how leaders think about responsibility, authority, and the conditions they create for others to perform. This shift matters. For years, organisations have trained leaders in skills, equipped them with tools, and then questioned commitment when change doesn’t stick. When mindset comes last, behaviour rarely holds. When mindset comes first, leaders begin to lead differently, not because they are told to, but because it makes sense to them.I learned this first-hand as a first-time leader of people. I was capable, motivated, and completely convinced I needed to have all the answers. Coaching helped me realise my job wasn’t to be the hero, but to guide, develop, and create space for others to step into responsibility. That insight has shaped my work ever since.Today, I support organisations through leadership coaching, group coaching, supervision, and structured leadership programmes centred on The Coach Approach™. The focus is always the same: better conversations, shared responsibility, and leadership that feels human rather than performative. If you’re responsible for leaders and want development that genuinely changes how leadership shows up day to day, I’m always open to a conversation.
