Rob McClimans is a passionate educator with over 20 years of experience building inclusive, joyful, and high-performing school communities. Most recently, he is an elementary general and instrumental music teacher in Chappaqua Central School District. Prior, he served as Director of Arts and Student Enrichment at Harlem Village Academies, where he helped shape creative, rigorous, and equity-centered learning experiences for students in Harlem.With graduate degrees in School Leadership and Childhood/Special Education—and certifications in New York and Connecticut—Rob brings a unique blend of instructional expertise, operational leadership, and a deep belief in the power of the arts to transform lives.
