What drives me? Creating a positive and lasting cultural change in higher education and beyond. As a recognised Senior Fellow in Higher Education, I specialise in transformative inclusive strategies that don\'t sit on a shelf but shifts systems. My work centres on designing practical, evidence-informed strategies that embed sustainable inclusive practices within universities both nationally and internationally. I’m known for navigating complexity with clarity, influencing stakeholders from different background, engaging with nuance and sensitivity. Some milestones I’m proud of- Contributing to systems change as a Panel Member on the Welsh Government’s Anti-Racism Criminal Justice Board, supporting fairer, more accountable public policy in Wales - Leading award-winning initiatives that closed awarding gaps for racially minoritised students - Founding the NUS Wales Education Zone, recognised nationally for impact - Receiving \'Staff Member of the Year\' at the University of Bristol for advancing inclusive education More than accolades, I care about progress: building empowered teams, mentoring emerging changemakers, and helping institutions transform good intentions into measurable outcomes.
