Working in the Organisational and Change Management team within the Transformation and Operations business unit.Interaction with varying levels of the IBM Support organisation, focused on improved awareness of the transformation activities and results using multiple channels including mailings using Acoustic, live webinar calls using Webex and communities using inhouse technologies. This includes review of metrics and collaboration with other communications focals across a wider aspect of the IBM business.In addition we\'ve been using the IBM Watson Media video channel internally with a variety of videos which we edit and post for cross-IBM consumption.
