I can interact easily with anyone from different cultural backgrounds, due to my work experience in France for 4 years and to the other 4 years that I spent travelling and working in Africa and Middle East mainly. 20 years of experience in Capital Goods and Industrial Market spent in Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles working with both Direct and Indirect Sale Channels. Even if I am results-driven I am also a team player, focused on company objectives and profitability growth. I’ve been responsible for diverse teams based in different countries and I always work to create a good and competitive environment. I am an active listener, and I trained my soft skills in a coaching course (European School of Coaching, Turin, from November to December 2011). Among my main past and present responsibilities- More than 15 years dedicated to developing Distribution Networks, Sales organisations and customer relationships in Truck and Bus, Aftermarket Business with growing Leadership and P&L responsibilities- Full Accountability of Schaeffler Industrial Division in Italy (sales, marketing, technical solutions development and support, field service, training) creating and developing business partnership with the leading companies in Offroad, Power Transmission, Industrial Automation, Two Wheelers, Railway and Raw Materials Industries- Passionate about customer care and common development, I oversee the global business partnership with one of the Top Schaeffler Accounts in Industrial Division SCHAEFFLER GROUP As a leading global supplier to the Automotive and Industrial sectors, the Schaeffler Group has been driving forward groundbreaking inventions and developments in the fields of Motion and Mobility for over 70 years.
