I’m a results-driven sales and recruiting professional with experience in fitness leadership, membership and personal training sales, recruiting, and client relationship management. My background includes building and maintaining pipelines, converting leads, sourcing talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and supporting business growth in high-volume, fast-paced environments. I’ve been recognized throughout my career for strong sales performance, team contribution, and relationship-building. In fitness leadership and sales roles, I’ve driven membership and personal training revenue, supported retention, developed referral pipelines, and contributed to club operations and team success. In recruiting roles, I’ve built candidate pipelines, partnered with hiring managers, conducted screening and interview coordination, and maintained strong candidate engagement throughout the process.
