ABOUT ROBERT LEWIS SUDAKOW

I am a highly experienced, driven, and results-oriented Revenue Management professional with a strong track record of leading highly successful record-setting revenue generation strategies within large, geographically diverse, high- profile organizations that include amongst others Hilton Worldwide, Stanford Hotels, Davidson Hotels and Resorts, and the Ace Hotel in New York city. I have finely tuned communication and interpersonal skills that have allowed me to build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders, lead diverse teams, build consensus across all organizational levels, and conduct hard-hitting negotiations with vendors, that have all been integral in driving strong business growth. My particular expertise includes strategic insight into revenue management, business transitioning, brand management, along with system installation and integration. My aim with any organization is to ensure I put my expertise to best use in order to deliver ROI. I have strong technical competence in critical systems including OnQ Revenue and Forecast Management, IHotelier, and EZ Yield.My passion lies with being able to make a personal impact on both productivity and people. The areas I believe I can be most impactful for any organization is through strategic business planning, where I also do a deep dive into processes with a sharp focus on solution and results. Additionally, my other areas of strength include E-commerce, project coordination, revenue risk management and mitigation, my ability to really evaluate the market place and conduct competitive analysis in order to optimize revenue. Additionally, I possess a sharp business and financial acumen that mean I am able to control costs and ensure projects are completed in time and on budget.
