GIS & location information are at the heart of Next Generation 9-1-1.My entire professional career has been about helping to keep people safe, secure, and resilient; with over 15 years of experience leveraging GIS, mapping, and location intelligence to make better decisions when seconds matter most.My goal is to help organizations deliver effective solutions to support the delivery of Next Generation 9-1-1 and the entire spectrum of the Public Safety industry. Together, with Esri Canada, we are building solutions for GIS data providers, GIS data aggregators, 9-1-1 authorities, Network Providers, 9-1-1 telecommunicators, and First Responders across the country.I\'m passionate about making sure the importance of GIS and GIS professionals in the Public Safety industry is recognized.
