We consistently are at the top of sales in Muskingum County Ohio. We have over thirty licensed agents and almost all full time staff that are also licensed. Our market area covers almost all of Southeastern Ohio and we now have offices in Licking County to serve a wider area to the west of us. Our sales agents primarily sell residential real estate however we have specialists in new home sales, lot and land sales, multi-family sales and commercial sales. We have been involved in development from the ground up of condos, apartments, retail and build to suit projects. We have worked with clients who have I participated in Section 1031 tax exchanges. Aside from sales, our company manages residential, commercial and multi-family real estate. Full time property managers, managing maintenance, and monthly accounting are some of our strengths in property management! Honesty and integrity are the underlying principals of our company. I take using my husband\'s family name very seriously and strive everyday to make my father in law proud of the meaning of Lepi as it pertains to our responsibility to our clients and customers, to ourselves and our character, and to our community and helping others.
