I have worked as the research assistant to our Broker, Roberta (Bobbi) Lepi for the past 22 years and 18 years as licensed Realtor. This research includes pricing, preliminary title work and researching oil & gas rights. In addition, I also work extensively in marketing and commercial real estate with investment properties, land and farm, and multi-family facilities. I am involved as a management level licensee with Lepi & Associates Real Estate Services, and obtained the Pricing Strategy Designation in 2018 and the G.R.I designation in 2021. Lepi & Associates prides ourselves in top notch marketing and sales teams. Our company has over 350 rental units we manage with a full service Property Management Division, a Commercial Real Estate Division, and over 46 Realtors within 3 offices in Central Ohio. Our company has consistently been the top in sales in the Muskingum County area for many years.
