Head of all commercial bi-propellant rocket engines (apogee and Reaction Control Thrusters).Lead design and development engineer for new LEROS 2c MMH/MON 450N apogee engine.Review and assess customer requirements and ensure these requirements are correctly communicated thorough to engine designs and procedures as well as to all our subcontractors and suppliers.Provide engineering direction and support to component subcontractors, external and in house manufacturing departments during engine manufacture and assembly.Review and analyse engine acceptance test result.Designed and built propellant delivery systems for rocket hotfire testing, both sea level and vacuum.Lead and coordinated hotfire test campaigns.Lead customer meetings including TRRs, MRRs, SRRs and FRBs.Analyse test failures and anomalies, identify the solution and device appropriate cause and corrective actions. Ensure these corrective actions are correctly and fully implemented both internally and at subcontractor level.Green propellant research and development lead engineer. This includes designing ‘green’ propellant thrusters as well as the new facilities required to test this new branch of technology.Lead and support of proposals for both core business and new business development.Spacecraft propulsion systems design and development engineer for MOOG ISP Westcott.Coordination of multiple engineering personnel and disciplines to design propulsion systems that meet the ultimate mission requirements.
