As UK Programmes Operations Manager I am responsible for all operational aspects of programme delivery for EY Foundation across our 4 delivery Hubs, including the safeguarding of our young people. Underpinning this I have a number of key responsibilities including:• Oversight of, and lead on quality assurance processes across our portfolio of programmes, acting as Lead Internal Verifier.• Ensuring that volunteer and employer engagement opportunities are maximised for young people.• Manage and develop Regional Programme Managers across UK Hubs, ensuring a high performing and happy team.• Member of the EY Foundation Senior Management Team.• Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes and Regions, deputising where needed and providing regular reports on performance against key KPIs and targets.• Lead and manage programmatic resourcing plans and help develop and implement programme delivery strategies. • Oversight of the implementation and development of new content/programmes.• Support the Head of Programmes and Regions with transformation processes, including programme related elements of our digital strategy.• Oversight of overall programmes budget.• Lead co-design sessions with young people and employers as required.• Work closely with the Head of Income and Head of Business Development to ensure all funder commitments for each programme are met. Supporting the team to tailor programme delivery as appropriate.• Build, develop and lead key relationships within the sector to share best practice.
