ABOUT JODIE MCNALLY
With over two decades in the charity sector, I’ve built and led award winning, employer led programmes that drastically improve social mobility and employability for young people from low income and under represented backgrounds. As Chief Programmes Officer at EY Foundation, I oversee everything from impact measurement and youth voice to volunteering and social innovation. I’m motivated by turning data and lived experience into action and intensifying DEI across the sector by embedding systemic change rather than surface level dialogue.Pragmatic, inclusive, and relentless about outcomes, I bring a warm working class optimism to strategic leadership. I believe in amplifying voices that are too often unheard—in co designing solutions with young people, not designing for them. I’m always up for collaboration with fellow organisations, employers or funders who want to move from talking at the issue to acting on it.
