ABOUT ROBERT NAGEL
I\'m a policy-oriented researcher and a certified Health and Wellness Coach dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, both in global security and in individual well-being With over a decade of experience, including a PhD in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent, I have led multi-year research initiatives at institutions like RAND and Georgetown University. My research focuses on strategic risks, gender in international security, and conflict resolution, with more than 40 publications including in top academic journals. I bring the same curiosity and analytical rigor to my coaching practice, Roots & Wings Coaching.
