Take full operations management accountability for two commercial retail properties that consists of 1.2M sq ft of enclosed shopping mall, Serramonte Center Daly City, 228K sq ft of outdoor shopping center, Potrero Center San Francisco and Pruneyard Lifestyle Center, Campbell.\\\\n Oversight of on-site maintenance and janitorial services to ensure a safe and clean shopping experience in the common areas of the centers.\\\\n Collaborate with Development team to ensure smooth transitions between current center infrastructure and added redevelopment operations with 250Ksqft of added GLA, five-story parking structure and planned interior renovations.\\\\n Manage vendor relationship and service contracts.\\\\n Tenant Coordination with move ins and move outs in collaboration with specialty Leasing.\\\\n Plan/design review for tenant renovations and store build out.\\\\n Responsible for project bids and work oversight.\\\\n Create and manage centers CAM budgets.\\\\n Regular site walk/inspections of common areas, store fronts and parking lots.\\\\n Develop and manage relationships with store managers and regional directors.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
