Responsibilities include but are not limited to-Reporting to the Directors to integrate the site operation with the head office and support functions-Business development and work winning-Supporting and developing client relationships-Working with the estimating department to support tenders where required-Supporting the site delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Ensuring we deliver for clients and provide a quality product in a safe manner-Working with the Commercial Manager to monitor and improve project margins-Tracking actual site progress against planned through the contract programme and short term lookaheads-Programme reviews with the site team and monitoring project performance-Improving processes across the business to improve efficiency-Building and setting up site teams for new work/projects.
