ABOUT ROBERT JONES
I am a rising senior at The University of Alabama, majoring in Operations Management with a minor in Supply Chain Management. In August 2023, I joined the Mercedes-Benz U.S. International (MBUSI) co-op program in Vance, Alabama—one of the world’s most advanced automotive assembly and production facilities. Over the course of three co-op terms, I gained hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain operations, Microsoft Office tools, warehouse fundamentals, and collaborative team environments. This summer, I am working as an Area Manager Intern on the Inbound Logistics team at Amazon in Cleveland, Tennessee. I’m eager to apply the skills and insights gained through my academic studies and prior roles, contribute to operational improvements, and learn from the people who make Amazon’s processes world-class. After graduation, I aspire to join a high-performing organization where I can continue to grow professionally, expand my operational expertise, and contribute to strategies that drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term success.
