Achievements • Accelerated the 2024 ePOD digitalisation implementation project, guiding the training team to deliver skills-learning programmes to 450+ staff at all United Kingdom sites. This project is a key driver in a £120m contract.• Spearheading the 2024 transition to tablet-based training that will enable trainers to deliver functional training on Safe Systems of Work live in the workplace, and will form the basis of a training platform for all other operational training.• Executed the 2023 review of task-based training to stream training modules from 297 to 182. Led site-wider consultations with trainers to improve training material quality, and to inject new Safe Systems of Work training into mandatory programmes. • Travels across the UK to plan, direct and manage the team who oversee capability of 1600+ operational personnel within primary fleet, secondary transport, and warehouse services.• Project-managed the development of the e-Risk System into the secondary fleet network, leading the 2023/2024 digitalisation of risk assessments for customers that enabled auto calculation of risk and links to enable faster delivery times.• Reviews legislative changes for logistics and fleet services and collaborates with regional and site leaders to improve policies and processes. • Executes regular reviews of operational standards, policies, training materials and frameworks to drive continuous improvement into the business and develop the insight required to embed performance monitoring structures for people, risk and incidents.
