I advise a wide range of clients with particular focus on the payment services and banking sector.I use my extensive experience of commercial litigation (from very large claims to disputes arising from day to day business), rigorous analysis and creative problem-solving to identify commercial and legal pressure points to help my clients resolve their commercial and contractual disputes as quickly and cost effectively as possible.I have brought and defended defended claims between shareholders, and assisted in bringing about the resolution of disputes between shareholders without litigation.I conduct fraud investigations to identify wrongdoing and trace and recover assets through the use of worldwide freezing orders and search orders.I advise client’s on judicial review proceedings and other means of redress in relation to their arrest and/or the execution of search and seizure warrants in money laundering and breach of sanctions investigations.Working with Keystone gives me complete flexibility to determine with my clients the most appropriate basis for charging to ensure that I deliver value, including (but not limited to) fixed fees, conditional fee agreements (CFAs) and hourly or daily rates. I have experience of all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, expert determination, arbitration and litigation (including appeals to the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords / Supreme Court). I have undertaken many successful mediations. I also have extensive trial experience including cases which were identified in the UK legal press as among the \"top ten\" cases to come to trial in 2006, 2010 and 2011.
