I specialise in all aspects of commercial property to include sales and acquisitions, development work, general property management, Landlord and tenant, portfolio management.Projects include (amongst others):• the acquisitions and disposals of all types of freehold and leasehold commercial properties; • the acquisition, development, letting and onward sale of edge of town retail centre for mixed use schemes, industrial estates, residential developments from site acquisition through to site set up and onward plot sales;• the acquisition of several sites for development of several pubs, retail parks and supermarkets;• the acquisition of prominent high value London properties for redevelopment into hotels for a national hotel chain.• carrying out estate management work on property portfolios for large institutions including agreements for lease, new leases and renewals, licences to underlet, assign and alter and other related documents on both protected and contracted out long-term and short-term leases at industrial estates, retail units and office accommodation; • acting for banks advising on the property elements on the grant of a facility for development sites, new purchases and refinances.Specific matters include a large corporate restructuring involving the transfer of over 400 properties for a hospitality client and a disposal of 176 properties for an international energy and petroleum company at the same time as assisting in a portfolio purchase of 13 retail parks sites for a retail client, some of which are for redevelopment purposes and upon the acquisition of a £54 million building for redevelopment in London. More recently matters include the site acquisition and assembly of several large sites for residential development for National House builders with onward site set up and plot sales of in excess of 150 houses per site to include promotion agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts, legal charges, collaboration agreements
