I\'m passionate about achieving operational excellence at scale. That is why I help B2B SaaS companies to scale to 100M in ARR. In my role as an Advisor, I am leveraging my \"been there, done that\" experience to help founders and their executive teams (CxO and VP level) to achieve operational excellence with their Go-To-Market teams. Since 2023 I have advised 20+ B2B SaaS companies (SoSafe, Anydesk, KNIME, FINBOURNE, Makersite, Nutrient, FTAPI, Capmo, any many more). Here is what they have in common- €5M in ARR, most of them between €10M and €50M - high ARR growth ambitions - a constantly evolving GTM Org with lot\'s of change - never enough pipeline, always trying to find ways to generate more - young talented leaders, who seek advice from people who have gone through the journey ahead of them There\'s no formular for operational excellence, yet it usually means working on the following: Goals, Processes, People and Culture Sales and Customer Success are pivotal in any growth journey, but I firmly believe it\'s not the whole story. Looking back on my 14-year adventure at Camunda, I\'ve worked in executive roles covering every part of a B2B SaaS company – from Product to Finance to Go-To-Market, concluding in my role as CRO.
