As a Mechatronics RME Technician at Amazon Robotics, I am responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving advanced automated systems and robotic equipment across the site.My role includes working with a wide range of technologies, including conveyor systems, robotics, PLCs, sensors, and control systems. I carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance, analyse data from key assets, and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance performance and reliability.I have completed my HNC in Electrical Engineering, which has strengthened my understanding of electrical systems, automation, and control. I am also finalising my CAT 1 Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) training, enabling me to apply advanced vibration and ultrasonic testing methods for predictive maintenance.I am passionate about developing my skills in mechatronics, data-driven maintenance, and robotics, while contributing to Amazon’s operational excellence and innovation culture.
