The DrFirst Hospital Services Group (HSG) offers MEDITECH acute care hospitals and LSS customers remote technical readiness assessments. The assessments are designed to help hospitals achieve and speed up their goal of medication management through informational medical history and e-prescribing. The goals are to educate the IT management, staff, and pharmacy on where their current build is in relation to the successful goal of the RXM/AOM build to e-prescribing using the MEDITECH recommended methodology. The secondary goal will be to become the e-prescribing authority and have the hospitals come to DrFirst for information and help before ever going to an outside consulting company for further information. Our final goal is to secure the building of the RXM/AOM modules for the hospital we assessed using our DrFirst developed tools.
