I have many years of experience and career accomplishments to share if the right opportunity should present itself.CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:Mobil Oil Corporation, Stratford CT. – Proposed, with the assistance of the Engineering Department, designed an Air Ejection System that allowed a safer more efficient process of allowing material to be released from the chain drive to the film winders. This system is standard on all Mobil Film Extrusion Lines today.Mobil Oil Corporation, Tampa FL- Helped write the Plant Safety Manual and procedures. This Manual is the base for the Safety rules being used today by the company that acquired Trex, the product we made. Designed and built an adapter assembly, then wrote the procedures that reduced Extrusion Die Head changes to less than 10 minutes. Designed and built a Tooling attachment that allowed hand operated Power Presses to be run fully automated without additional Tooling or Equipment cost. Bemis Associates, Shirley MA- Created and wrote the Safety Program called Safety Man.Member of Team that launched Microsoft Dynamics AX.ZF/TRW, Westminster MA. – Established and responsible for Preventive Maintenance Program of all Materials Department Equipment.Responsible for all Preventive Maintenance on all Primary and Secondary Equipment Production Equipment.
