With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a certified executive chef (CEC) and a certified foodservice sanitation manager (ServSafe) who leads the culinary operations for a large corporate account at Guckenheimer Enterprises Inc. Guckenheimer is a national food service management company that focuses on providing fresh, healthy, and sustainable food to workplaces and campuses.My mission is to deliver high-quality food and service that meet and exceed the expectations of the customers, while ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance. I also manage the food budget, inventory, and waste, and optimize the cost and efficiency of the operations. In addition, I mentor and train a team of chefs and cooks who share my passion and values for creating nutritious and delicious meals. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new cuisines, and apply best practices in the culinary field.
