I lead the Sortation organization within Amazon Fulfillment Technologies.We build software that controls the movement of all inventory within Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs). From associates manually putting together customer orders in mini-FCs in India, to conveyor belts moving millions of items in Amazon\'s largest FCs every day, our systems touch nearly every single item shipped to customers in Amazon boxes around the world. Our software engineers work on end-user tools, cloud-based micro-services, edge computing, and robotics. To meet and connect with our user base, team members have opportunities to travel to places such as Marseilles, London, Prague, Tokyo, Warsaw, and San Francisco, just to name a few. We\'re looking for talented Software Development Engineers (SDEs), Software Development Managers (SDMs), and Technical Program Managers (TPM) to work on projects that improve the efficiency of Amazon\'s Fulfillment Operations, build Operations technology for exciting new businesses at Amazon, improve our software\'s architecture, and build the next-generation fulfillment systems platform at Amazon.A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills are absolute requirements. Creating reliable, scalable and high performance services and architectures require exceptional technical expertise.
