I\'ve been helping businesses create positive change for 15 years. In July 2019 I founded Ōrke Design, a user-centred strategy, product and service design practice that partners with purpose-driven organisations to drive social, environmental and commercial value. In a nutshell: Understand the problem, solve the problem, make people feel something.Alongside Ōrke, I\'m founder and CPO at alina, working to support the 13 million women going through the menopause in the UK. 70% of women in menopause experience debilitating symptoms during \'the change\', and 18% see over six medical professionals before they\'re correctly diagnosed. alina changes that, and helps women in menopause get back to being themselves.I\'m also non-exec director of the West of England Design Forum, which promotes the value of design to businesses across the west country.I\'ve written 1.5 books and play bass guitar in a grunge band.
