Leadership and Contract Expertise:As a General Manager, I had full P&L responsibility, managing the day-to-day operation of a large mechanical and electrical repair (M&E) workshop with an annual turnover of £4+ million. I directly managed 34 staff and was responsible for monitoring work backlog, monthly sales & revenue forecasting, and resource allocation. Executive Reporting and Financial Oversight: I produced and presented monthly business overview presentations and annual budget presentations to C-level executives and the board of directors. I also monitored staff utilisation and underwent productivity analysis.
