I am chemical engineer with consulting, programme management and learning and development expertise, with previous job roles ranging from process operations to leading a global team of specialist consultants across a range of geographies and business scales. I have successfully executed internal and external consulting projects varying in scale between individual training interventions to design and implementation of multiple companywide / corporate work processes. Core to achieving this have been my skills in problem diagnosis, people development, change management and my proven track record in building effective relationships at all ranges between CEO and front line operational personnel.My most recent role has focussed on leading teams in the successful and effective delivery of human performance improvement consulting projects globally, leveraging expertise and utilising best practice project management practices.My passion is enabling my clients to identify and sustainably achieve their desired objectives.
