I work with service leavers and veterans who want to make the right civilian move at the right level. I’m a Factory Manager and hiring authority in industry, responsible for large scale operations, budget, output and performance. I see how hiring decisions are made and where military experience gets misread. Strong operators often under level themselves because their experience is not translated into civilian terms decision makers can use. That mistake compounds.
