ABOUT ROB ROMANS
I have a proven track record of leading corporate and strategic high impact TA projects such as building out business units and teams for global and corporate complex and matrix organizations, and delivering talent for high visibility business initiatives. I am passionate about talent development and internal mobility, and I provide ongoing mentoring, training, and support on TA best practice and procedures to fellow HR colleagues and hiring managers. I have previously built and lead teams of Recruiters based in various locations across Europe such as Italy, Spain and Poland. My industry experience includes Life Sciences and Pharma, Cyber Security, Food, OGC, IT, Finance, Sustainability, Intelligence and Corporate Communications. I also enjoy keeping an eye on the latest RecTech and have worked on the implementation and business case for new systems. In my spare time, I volunteer as a train driver, a railway signaller, and a town councillor.
