I have created over 250 new lift jobs and completed dozens of lift industry work experience placements. I am currently supporting a group of self-employed professionals to start up their own small lift support businesses.I also run industry networking events for new people to meet with lift company owners & directors in the lift trade and fast-track people through the lift industrial journey. This includes supporting the self-employed, lift sub-contractors and new entrants into the lift trade who want to re-train from an engineering or construction background using their existing transferable skills.I deliver an experiential learning support and development programme to teach people how to get work in the Lift & Escalator Industry. This includes a 2 day live fast-track informational discovery event in venues around the UK where I bring in experts who have the experience of transforming careers. I provide answers to common questions and run monthly training support sessions in our coaching club.I also deliver lift industry approved EOR202N, onsite lift safety training sessions and OfQual regulated National Vocational Qualifications at levels 2/3/4 for lift engineers and fast-track these courses for experienced lift personnel.trainingcentredirect.co.uk
