As a Director in Business Services and Outsourcing, I specialise in providing the full range of finance services to clients operating in both the UK and multiple overseas jurisdictions. My team delivers timely and high-quality accounting services including bookkeeping, management reporting, treasury services and payroll. In addition, I deliver compliance requirements including regulatory reporting, statutory accounts, tax and corporate governance.I am a dynamic and adaptable accountant with extensive experience of financial accounting and reporting, risk and internal control frameworks and providing risk focused assurance. I am comfortable operating in new or established environments ensuring a focus on strategic priorities. Whilst analytical and comfortable with data I invest in relationships to ensure broad perspectives in decision making.I am experienced in building efficient and robust processes and controls and passionate about driving process improvement and automation to ensure value is delivered. I enjoy leading, motivating and developing teams to successfully deliver collective responsibilities. I build strong relationships and I am comfortable presenting to and liaising with directors, governance committees and other stakeholders.
