SOF CWMD BRANCH CHIEF- Manages, develops, and integrates Special Operations Forces (SOF) countering weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) plans and policy to ensure the effective coordination and synchronization of efforts across the SOF Enterprise. This includes streamlining processes to facilitate a more collaborative method for integrating SOF capabilities to reduce threats and highlighting options to compete globally against designated actors- Manage the internal systems of the Special Plans Division (J5X) to enable strategic decision making and timely incorporation into United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) processes.PATHWAY DEFEAT STRATEGIC PLANNER- Responsible for developing, reviewing and disseminating Special Operations Forces (SOF) policy, strategy, and plans for Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD). Acts as a primary source of expertise for complex strategic issues affecting the CWMD roles and missions of SOF- Primary lead for the development of the USSOCOM CWMD Core Activities Plan and mapping effort.SPECIAL PLANS OFFICER- Directed a cross functional strategic planning team focused on major national security problems; developed one-of-a-kind assessments, estimates and plans. Coordinated complex strategic issues with interagency partners to foster relationships in the U.S. Government’s strategic planning community to facilitate collaboration in developing effective strategic products- Led a team to develop a process for coordinating command actions for synchronizing the legal and assigned responsibilities of the command.EXECUTIVE OFFICER- Managed the executive support, Aide-de-Camp duties, and administrative management of the Directorate’s executive staff. Within this capacity, managed the day-to-day operations and responsibilities, directly synchronizing the actions of more than 100 personnel within the staff, ensuring the organization was fully integrated across the Command.
