It is my privilege to lead this incredible school community and through our team to build and develop Heritage International School, the first international school in Moldova, as a beacon of international school World Class excellence through innovative global learning in Europe and beyond. Heritage is the first truly international school established in Moldova as well as the first Cambridge International school in the country. In June 2021, Heritage was awarded compliance accreditation and membership of COBIS. We are committed to working with our national education community and wider region, to develop meaningful education, fit for the challenges of the future and to prepare students with confidence. The principles of being an outward facing and positive school culture underpins everything. Living and working in Moldova is a privilege and I am proud of the work my school, teams, community and network are achieving. We want to ensure that our students leave us ready to take their responsibilities as leaders led by decent values and as global citizens in the World. These are the future leaders of their societies and we want them to carry forward decent values to make the difference for a better future. My leadership has led to the schools having developed sustainable systems, school improvement process, key policies, governance accountability, leadership development, stronger teams, a focus on teaching & learning so pedagogy is at the heart of the school. We have significantly increased student numbers, revenues, developed a new Lyceum and commercial language centre and the approach to well-being and student welfare has been a case study for independent schools globally. Our holistic approach to our students is about preparing them as global citizens to meet the challenges of the future. We have embraced the challenge of the 2020s in education and created new ways of marketing, leading and carrying out daily meaningful school in unprecedented circumstances.
