EMEA Lead managing sanctions processing for 40 countries across the region with global responsibilities for the APAC and Americas. This is 1LoD.• Design, develop and implement processes, controls, SLA’s, KPI’s and management information.• Automation (name List Tunning) subject matter expert developing rules, scorecards and screening profiles to optimise efficient screening solutions for Sanctions Screening adjudication processes. Achieving an 85% reduction in manual adjudications.• Conduct regular reviews of screening tools on the market place to ensure AIG is keeping up with developments and implement new tools as appropriate.• Review Third Party Administrators screening programs and tools for alignment to AIG requirements.• Support 2LoD (Compliance) with operational changes following new strategies or regulatory changes.• Oversight of I.T. business partners ensuring delivery of operational and project requirements. I deliver 20 projects per annum as an average.• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.• Vendor management.• Line manager responsibility including hiring, training, 121’s and appraisals.
