My leadership approach balances strategy with empathy—ensuring policies and programs are both effective and responsive to the people they serve. In addition to my government service, I contribute through board leadership focused on governance, strategic planning, and organizational sustainability. I am committed to advancing inclusive workforce solutions that expand access to education, training, and career pathways, enabling individuals and families to achieve long-term economic self-sufficiency.A native English and Spanish speaker, I value communication as a strategic bridge for understanding and continue to invest in lifelong learning, including the study of the Italian language.
