After over two decades of leading major business and technology transformations, I\'m passionate about turning the unpredictable world of complex change into something manageable and predictable. As a Director at Proteus, I help organisations navigate the growing complexity of transformation, delivery and assuring change with data-driven insights.I\'ve seen first-hand how the seeds of success or failure are planted in those crucial early weeks. That\'s why I now focus on helping organisations gain critical visibility into their key initiatives and providing objective insights that prevent costly surprises.
