Purchasing Supervisor • Supervise the purchasing team, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support to ensure that team members are performing their roles effectively, in purpose to fulfill all requirement in all company branches (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Medan and Timika). • Managing purchase order for Unit HVAC and spare part from oversea vendor (China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe). • Collaborate with other departments to determine purchasing needs and requirements, and to forecast demand for all branch (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Medan, and Semarang)• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage supplier relationship• Monitor and report on supplier performance, including delivery, quality, and pricing• Maintain relationship with vendor with high integrity and compliance• Monitor for bidding import vendor of LCL every shipment. Stock Controller• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that materials and supplies are available as needed• Monitor and report on inventory trends, and identify slow moving and fast-moving item in order to optimize the inventory cost.• Work closely with other department optimize inventory levels and ensure that the organization has the necessary materials and supplies to meet customer requirement.
