ABOUT RIYA PRASAD

Besides being an English graduate, I developed a keen interest in Human Resources, which led me to pursue Post Graduation with a major subject as Human Resource Management. My course being a dual specialization, I took Marketing as 2nd specialization holding an internship experience as a content creator. Managing an organization is not an easy task and therefore my keen interest in managing the workforce of an organization will not only help me to build my career but also help to develop the skills that can help me to be a better person. My interest in interacting with different people has led me to choose HRM as my career option because it will help me to learn something new from every individual I meet.My internship as a content creator helped me to develop a creative mindset and also helped me to learn how digital marketing works in this developing digital era.As an HR intern, I learnt how to manage a team and how effective communication plays an important role in working in coordination. I learnt the organization\'s recruitment process and got an in-depth knowledge of the skills required to hire an employee.
