ABOUT RIVKA GEWIRTZ LITTLE

For those who don’t know me well, here’s a quick introduction. I’ve been in payments and fraud for over 15 years, grown two separate companies over 10x in size, and managed businesses that exceeded $100M in revenue. Something unique about my experience, I’ve been on both the practitioner and vendor sides of fraud, which gives me a deep understanding and the challenges, tools, and gaps in our space.Along my professional journey, I realized that TRUST is the foundation that enables growth in the digital economy. At the same time, most companies sucked at keeping fraud at bay, eroding trust at its most basic level. With online fraud growing in lockstep with digitization, the unlock of trust online is one of the biggest unmet needs in the world today,Here’s the truth. Digital transformation is an old narrative, the future is about “digital parity.” By that, I mean making every online transaction equally safe to an in-person transaction. When you don’t have digital parity, you experience what we saw in the pandemic: people who couldn’t get their essential benefits due to being locked out of the digital ecosystem, tragic.My work at Socure today is dedicated to the vision of creating an inclusive and equitable digital economy. A place where new people (like new-to-country communities) can access the digital economy that is the same as someone with an established ID online. A world where banks, companies, and governments can serve all good people while keeping the bad guys at bay.
