I build human-centered employee experiences designed for the future of work—where performance, innovation, and belonging reinforce one another rather than compete.With a decade of experience supporting distributed organizations, I partner with leaders to design people strategies that strengthen engagement, elevate performance, and help teams adapt in moments of growth and change. My work sits at the intersection of employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and future-forward workforce strategy—using data, thoughtful design, and strong partnership to turn insight into action.I’m especially passionate about building systems that listen deeply, scale responsibly, and protect a person’s light rather than dim it—whether that’s through leadership enablement, performance frameworks, onboarding and lifecycle moments, or AI-ready people practices that prioritize humanity alongside progress.At my core, I’m an employee advocate, facilitator, and strategic thought partner who believes the most effective workplaces are those where people feel inspired to do their best work—and supported as whole humans while they do it.Outside of work, I’m a proud mom and creative who loves deep conversation, travel, theater, themed events, campfires, and any excuse for a game night.
