My role is to lead construction projects to success thru on time, in budget completions while aspiring to a zero incident rate with employees and maintaining a quality project thru its duration. It is my responsibility to lead relations with the field, office and client, thru a dedicated, no nonsense approach that promotes team building on each project. Recently completed (April 2020) P66 Gray Oak Central Terminal in Three Rivers, Texas. This was a $95mm project that receives, stores, meters and supplies crude from various West Texas locations to various end users. SOW included all phases of construction from deep foundations and structural steel to installation of mainline and booster pumps, metering skids and associated complex piping systems to electrical installation and integration. Project required 800 employees at its peak along with superior management and craft skills. Major lifts were executed on a daily basis. All of this was accomplished while earning plus man-hours at zero incident rate and the lowest weld repair rate I have witnessed in 40 plus years of being in the business. This project was accomplished between Oct 2019 and April 2020. Very fast tracked. I am proud to say that I served as the Site/Construction Manager for Summit Industrial on this project. This project would not have been successful without the great Project Team and the support of Summit Management.
