Executive Level Construction Management Professional who holds an AWS CWI Certification for 9 plus years with significant experience that spans over 3 decades including but not limited to; effective project management, project planning, performing inspections, full knowledge of how to read a blueprint, quality assurance, quality control, metal fabrication and construction safety.
