I am a partner in the corporate & commercial team at Willans, specialising in acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts, and drafting and advising on commercial contracts. I am a solicitor with over a decade of experience in helping clients with their corporate and commercial legal matters. On the corporate side, my experience includes- corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts - advising company directors and shareholders on company formation - company administration - compliance with the Companies Act - company reorganisations - shareholder agreements. On the commercial side, I am experienced in drafting and advising on contracts to include- goods and services - agency and distribution agreements - general terms and conditions of business - partnership agreements. My clients range from private companies and management teams to individuals. I am particularly passionate about working with owner-managed and family businesses. I have experience in helping clients across a number of sectors including leisure and hospitality, retail, professional services and healthcare.
