I’m a Principal Software Engineer at ConnectWise following the zofiQ.ai acquisition and a former Head of Technology at Ingenious Techzoid, with 7+ years of experience building backend systems that scale, stay reliable, and keep on call quiet. I work primarily with Python, Node.js, and Golang, designing cloud native architectures on AWS where Docker, Kubernetes, and CI CD handle repeatable delivery and operations. At zofiQ, I help build agentic AI for MSPs by creating intelligent triage, routing, prioritization, and service desk agents that learn from historical tickets to automate routine IT work so people can focus on the hard problems.
