ABOUT RILEY DONELAN
I’m a Sport Management student at Ithaca College (graduating May 2026) with a minor in Marketing with hands-on experience in Division I athletics operations, large-scale events, and premium guest services. I currently work as an Athletic Operations Assistant with Cornell Athletics, supporting game-day setup and breakdown, logistics for teams and officials, and the overall fan experience across multiple sports. I’ve worked operations at the Super Bowl in San Francisco and supported luxury suite guests at the F1 Miami Grand Prix, roles that strengthened my ability to stay composed, detail-oriented, and professional in fast-paced environments. In addition, nearly three years with Canopy Management have given me experience with data, systems, AI automation, and cross-functional communication. I’m interested in building a career in athletic operations, professional game and event operations, or sport business roles that blend operations, strategy, and fan experience, and I’m always open to connecting with others in the sports industry.
