Blake Fenn joined Hard Rock Stadium in June 2023 and is currently an Account Manager, Club Service for the Miami Dolphins, Crypto.com Formula One Miami Grand Prix, and Miami Open.In this role, Blake oversees clubs and hospitality accounts at all Hard Rock Stadium events with a primary focus on delivering exceptional service and driving results through retention, upselling, and cross selling accounts across all verticals at Hard Rock Stadium.Prior to his current role, Blake held multiple positions within Hard Rock Stadium. He began as a Sales Development Representative, where he developed the foundation of his sales skills and industry knowledge. He was later promoted to Account Manager of Membership Service, where he managed a substantial portfolio of Miami Dolphins accounts and Miami Grand Prix grandstand seating, delivering exceptional service year-round. He then transitioned to the Membership Retention team, where he focused on strengthening client relationships through customer discovery, gaining valuable insights into each member’s experience and needs to ensure the best fit and drive successful renewals.Before working at Hard Rock Stadium, Blake interned with the Washington Commanders tickets sales team in the summer of 2022 heading into his senior year of college where he ultimately began his ticket sales career.Blake received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University with majors in Marketing (emphasis on Sports, Strategy & Sales) as well as Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. Originally from Houston, Texas, and growing up in Birmingham, AL, he currently resides in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
