Created and produced a 4-day program for teams of high school leaders and teachers from around the United States focusing on the 1921 Race Massacre and inspiring the young leaders to promote racial harmony and to stand up to hate in all its forms. Over 300 students and teachers participated in the life changing program. Program consisted of keynote speeches and skills workshops and panel discussions focusing on communications skills training and organizing.
